    amount是修饰不可数名词, a large amount of +不可数名词，谓语动词用单数。large amounts of+ 不可数n 谓语动词用复数 eg. Large amounts of money are spent on the subject.

    .取决于amount，quantity是单数还是复数 如是单数后面谓语动词就用单数;如是复数(也就是、amounts/quantities) 后面谓语动词就用复数
