I think it is very important to keep a heathy body. But what shall we do? First, I think we should do more exercises. It can keep us healthy to jog, play basketball, football and volleyball every day. Second, I think we should have enough sleeping. Third, we should keep a gentle attitute. We should not become angry and upset. Forth, we should eat in a balance way. It is good to eat more vegetable and not to be particular about food. Average nutrition can keep us healthier.

I think keep good health is very important. But what shall we do? Firstly I think we should have a lot of sports. Everyday running, playing basketball, football, badminiton etc will keep us health. Second, I think we should keep enough sleep. Third, we should keep peace of mind, do not angry and impatience. The forth, we should keep balanced food. Eat more vegetable, do not choose in food. Keep balanced nutrition can keep us more health.
