我校收到美方来函要求邮寄我校其中一位学生的历年学业成绩证明信件如下: please be advised that the studendt listed below has been admitted to our high school. please forward a copy of his recorss including an official 9th grade transcript so that a program can be designed to continue the educational process with the Department of Education. 应该怎么写这封回信呢?可有范文? 学业证明是否需要英语版本呢?

Enclosed please find a copy of our official 9th grade transcript for student XXX(学生名).

很多美国学校需要说明该学生高中是从何时入学的,如果是这样,你可这样回信:

Dear sir/madam,
XXX attended our school from Sept. 1,2005 to Sept.1,2006. Enclosed please find a copy of our official transcript for him/her.

(then you can just forward those transcripts, with seals on them, they should be both in chinese and english)
