before的三种固定句型：

1、It will be+时间+ before 表示“还有多长时间”.或“要过多久才”，Before 后面的句子用一般现在时。eg: It will be 4 years before he graduates他还有四年时间就毕业了。

2、 It was+一段时间+ before 表示“过了多久才”，其否定形式 It wasn't＋一段时间＋before 表示“不久就…”或“没过多长时间就”，Before 后的句子用一般过去时。eg：It was some time before we realized the truth.过了一段时间，我们才知道真相

3、 before sb can/ could.某人还没来得及。eg：Before I could say, he rushed out. 在我还没来得及说话前，他就冲出去了。
