自热火锅是可以加热水的,不过一般情况下用凉水就可以了。 自热火锅是利用焦炭粉、活性炭等成分组成的加热包遇水便可升温沸腾的原理,因此无论是冷水还是热水都是没有影响的。
不过为了避免烫伤最好还是加凉水,因为自热火锅的加热包加水一分钟就可以飙升到96℃,如果放入热水的话温度会上升的更快。所以从安全的角度出发还是遵照说明书谨慎使用。
自热火锅正确吃法
1、打开自热火锅盒盖,将盒子、食材盒加热包取出放在桌子上,把火锅调料包倒入内盒中。
