如果and不加的话,可以从中间断开成两个句子,而这两个句子就看不出有因果关系了。
可以看一下。(他被朋友感动了。他也参军了。)是没有因果关系的(他被朋友感动了,所以他也参军了。)是有因果关系的

因为是两个句子,所以and要加。
至于都好有或没有都可以,不过注意有的话都好在and左边。
