英语中的整体跟个体是怎么分辨的 （我问的范围是人称）
比如：Go to bed early and get up early.It will keep you active during the day.
Go to bed early and get up early 变成一个整体，所以后面的人称是it.
再者：Eating more apples is good for our health.
Eating more apples 是个整体，所以后面的be动词是is.
但是 The apples are red. 这里的 be动词怎么是are，如果说把 The apples 看成一个整体，那be动词应该是is.这又该怎么理解啊。
该怎么做才能准确分辨哪个人称是整体，哪个是个体.有点乱，会的帮我写详细点！！！
What are headaches? What causes them?
第一个句子 headaches 是复数名词，所以动词是are。
第二个句子 them 也同是复数，为什么动词却是 三单呢？ 帮我理解下。
句子是：A headache is a pain in your head.
如果改成 The headaches are pains in their heads.可以么？
也就是说 A headache is 改成复数形式， 后面的 a pain in your head. 受影响吗？保持不变吗？
might 是 may 的过去式， might 该怎么应用？
句子：You might get a headache when you work too hard or when you don't ger enough sleep.
既然might 是过去式的助动词，那么 work 和don't 怎么不改成过去式的呢？
Breakfast gives you energy for the morning
为什么用for 一般滴来说不是都是用 in the morning. 呀
最后：
If you get headaches often.
也可以用 If you ofen get headaches 来表达吗？
