别人说"I hope you are doing well.";"How are you doing?" 怎么回答?

别人说"I hope you are doing well.".通常应该怎么回应别人?应该说什么?
顺便问一句,别人问"How are you doing?" 除了说"Fine","Good"还能说什么呢? "Fine" & "Good" 有什么差别嘛?

我问我朋友一个问题.然后她回答我了.
我说Thank u.
她说Glad I could help.I hope you are doing well.(前段时间和她分开了,这段是网上聊天的对话...)
"I hope you are doing well."应该是指"我希望你过得好."
"I will try my best."是另外一个语境的回复吧:)
言归正传,在我这样的语境下,应该如何回答呢?(总觉得不回复有点失礼) 3Q~:D

至于问...wonderful啦，tried啦。。。什么感觉说什么呗。
