If you want to be healthy,you must listen to me.
First,you should do more sport ,and you should't play computer games long times.Then you should to eat heathly food,such as vegetables.And you shouldn't eat lots of unheathly food.And also you should keep sleep nine hours every night.And you should never go bed late.
If you listen to me,and do these.I'm sure you will be healthy and study better.

How to keep healthy?
A healthy lifestyle is very important to us. Therefore, we should try to adhere to fitness, about a day to three times. In the aspects of diet is very important, for example, we should eat less meat, so try to eat more vegetables and less as far as possible to eat junk food.
But never drink, we keep nine hours a day of sleep time, so we should go to bed early. A good study habits can help us better.

I think I am very healthy.
I exercisi three times a day ,and i eat less meat three times a day.my mother wants me to eat more vegetables,she says it is good for my health.i never eat junk food ,and i never drink coffee!!i go to bed is very early,and i sleep nine hours every night.a good habits make helps me get good greades!good food and exercise help me to study better!!!
