on the way（在路上）：Let’s wait a few moments. He’s on the way.（咱们等一会儿，他正在路上。[快到了]）

By the way 是个语气词，即“附带说一句”之意。如：By the way， has everybody arrived？（附带问一句，大家是否都到了？）

In a way，是“某个方面”，“在某种意义上”。如In a way，he was right.（在某个意义上说，他是对的。）

at the way，有这个用法吗？好像不太常见。
