公共关系危机,是企业公共关系状态严重失常的反映,它不但影响企业正常运营,甚至危及企业的发展乃至生存。任何企业都处在复杂多变的社会环境中,不可避免地会受到各种社会公众关系的影响和制约,企业要顺利地实现自身的目标并获得不断的发展,必须有效地协调与社会公众的关系,为自身的发展创造一个宽松、融洽的环境。但由于企业内外主客观因素的影响,使得企业与社会公众之间难免会出现各种矛盾、冲突,进而演化为公共关系的危机。面对突然爆发的公关危机,一些企业成功地经受住危机的挑战,化“危”为“机”,一些企业在危机面前遭受重大损失从此一蹶不振,一些企业在危机中遭遇灭顶之灾,非正常消亡。不同的企业在对待公关危机时采取的不同的态度和处理方法所带来的截然不同的结局,让我们清醒地认识到,企业要持续生存并获得不断发展,必须进行科学的公关危机管理,只有掌握了公关危机管理之道,才能使企业化险为夷,化“危”为“机”,否则,企业公关危机会危及企业发展以至生存。因此,企业公关危机管理是企业管理中不可或缺的重要部分,加强企业公关危机管理对企业生存和发展具有重要的意义。

本文第一部分陈述了公共关系危机管理的一系列概念及特点,第二部分介绍了企业公共关系危机的成因主要包括企业内部环境和企业外部环境两方面原因,第三部分主要分析了企业公共关系危机的预防及处理以及企业公共关系危机中利益相关者的对策做了详细的分析。

公共关系学作为一门年轻的学科,在全国得到了迅速而广泛的传播,但公共关系危机管理却没有得到足够的重视。公众对企业社会责任的期望值以及对自己权利的关注程度越来越高,企业更容易与公众发生矛盾,从而产生危机。危机管理,成为企业不得不重视的一个问题。笔者在查阅大量资料的基础上,对公共关系危机管理做了一定研究,希望能对今后的研究和公关实践有所贡献。

Public relations crisis, public relations is a reflection of the state of serious disorder, which not only affect the normal operation of enterprises, and even threaten the survival of the development of enterprises as well. In any enterprise are complex and ever-changing social environment, there are bound to be subject to a variety of public relations and constraints, enterprises need to successfully achieve its objectives and continuous development must be effective co-ordination of public and social the relationship between the development of their own to create a relaxed and harmonious environment. However, due to the subjective and objective business factors both inside and outside, making between business and the public will inevitably lead to some contradictions, conflicts, and thus the evolution of public relations crisis. Faced with the sudden outbreak of public relations crisis, the success of some enterprises to withstand the challenges of crisis, of the "crises" as a "machine", a number of enterprises in crisis recover from heavy losses, some enterprises face drowned in a crisis, non-normal extinction. Different treatment of public relations in crisis taken a different attitude and approach very different from those brought about by the outcome, let us clearly understand that the survival of enterprises and sustainable development, the need for crisis management public relations of science, only mastered the public relations crisis management, saved the day in order to enable enterprises, of the "crises" as a "machine", otherwise, Corporate Communications crisis would jeopardize the enterprise development and survival. Therefore, a public relations crisis management is an enterprise management an important part of public relations crisis management to enhance corporate survival and development of enterprises of great significance.

This article presented the first part of crisis management public relations concepts and features of the series, the second section describes the business of public relations crisis include internal environment and external environment for enterprises for two reasons, the third part of the main analysis of the business of public relations crisis prevention and management, and corporate public relations crisis response stakeholders have done a detailed analysis.

Public relations as a young subjects, the country has been rapid and extensive spread, but the public relations crisis management has not been given sufficient attention. The public's expectations for corporate social responsibility and concern about the extent of their rights more and more enterprises easier access to conflict with the public, resulting in a crisis. Crisis management, had become an issue of great importance. The author access to large amounts of data on the basis of public relations crisis management to do some research, hoping for future research and contribute to public relations practice.
