工作职责Job describtion:
1、每天当班前认真阅读交班本,了解当天的贵宾到店情况,客房入住率情况,宴会预订情况或其它重要信息。Read the logbook before your work shift, To make the following clear:VIP arrive, Room occupancy, banqute bookinig and other important imformation.
2、巡视大堂,关注大堂卫生、灯光、背景音乐,确保大堂的安全。Make a round in the lobby, focus on the cleaning, lighting, background music, make sure the safety of the lobby.
3、对礼宾司及前台在岗情况及有声服务的管理Manage on the conciger and front desk, telephone service.
4、参加部门例会Attend department brifing
5、安排好VIP客人接待工作Follow up VIP guest recept.
6、检查OK房,及客户拜访,并通过大堂副理日志向经理反馈Check OK room, follow up guest visit, report(feedback) to the FO manager via DM logbook.
7、巡视各岗位,检查工作进度,抽查服务质量,纠正偏差,确保日常工作顺利进行Make rounds on each position, test their quality of service, correct their fault, make sure the daily work can go on smoothly.
8、为当天生日客人做好安排(送蛋糕、鲜花等)Follow up the brithday guest list on the day.
9、处理宾客投诉Follow up guest coments.
10、检查客用保险箱使用情况 Check the safe case in guest room.
11、协助总台收银做好宾客的催帐工作。Assist Operator and Casier,follow up guest relationship, bill payment.
