Process method is one of the eight principles of quality management, using the method of quality management is the process of a 2008 edition ISO9000 standard. In recent years, with the improvement of science and technology and continuously improve the level of productivity, process management in enterprise management practice has been widely used in many new management theory, management mode and application process management tools are emphasized. This article mainly according to GB/T in 2008 19001: the quality management system, establish/continuous operation quality management system, and how to use during the process of the effectiveness of the method guarantee system operation process, and other aspects in the enterprise management methods.
