The quality of the supermarket is very high, it is also very objective. The staff who work there are fast in putting the supplies on the shelf, while other workers do a good job being a cashier.
But the problem of the supermarket is that the staff don't trust the customers. They think that the customers have stole some stuff from the supermarket. They also encroach on customers' rights by calling the guards even if they didn't do anything wrong.
I think the staff should give more trust to their customers and it will be a better place. If they do not change this, I believe there will be more and more problems, and more and more complains.
