关于一个英语句子！！！

从后面的同位语从句“that they learn as much as their foreign peer while spending half as much as in core academic subjects”的主语they来看，中心词是students，关于“the impossible of our studens” 如果句子不存在问题的话，这是 “the+形容词“ 结构的名词（就像 the rich，the poor指富人和穷人一样），在句中做ask的宾语。

如果把句子改为 It 作形式主语，那么后面要用动词不定式to learn 。即：
