我在网上下了个什么东西，桌面上出现很多的IE图标，然后我把它都删了，但是网显示是连上的，但是IE上不了网，QQ也不能上，想重装系统也出现如下提示：

你的电脑中毒了，系统为了不让电脑彻底崩溃才出现那种状况，它是让你先试试重启，如果还不好使的话，就删掉你最近安装的软件，U盘什么的全都拔掉！！还不行的话就要找人来输入指令并重装系统了！！！
