英语好厨艺好的大师请指教,干扁豆角的做法,请翻译成英文。

有位德国朋友非常爱吃干扁豆角,问我怎么做,涉及的专业词汇太多,我的英语又太皮毛,所以还请高手指教。请来份详细的英文做法,然后我给他发过去,弘扬一下咱中国的饮食文化。谢谢了

用料materials:
豆角green bean、肉馅meat stuffing 。
调料condiment:
盐salt 、酱油soy sauce、料酒cooking wine、葱green onion、姜ginger、糖sugar、干红辣椒dried chili、麻椒spicy pepper。
干煸豆角做法procedure of cooked legumina:
1、将豆角去筋,洗净,滤干水分;葱、姜切成末;delete the veins of green bean, wash, Drained and set aside, cut the green onion and ginger into pieces
2、将炒锅放在火上,放入油(比平时炒菜稍多些),放入豆角翻炒。待豆角中水份出来,变皱,上面有深色的斑点。盛出。
Put the wok on fire, fulfill with oil ( a little more than normal) ,when the oil is ready, I mean hot enough, put the clean green bean into the hot oil. When the water of the green bean comes out by fried and becomes ruckled with darker spots; then take it out.

3、锅中留底油,放入麻椒、辣椒略炒。将肉馅放入煸炒,再放入料酒、酱油、葱末、姜末,糖和盐。将豆角下锅,翻炒均匀即可出锅装盘。
Don’t take the oil out completely, keep a little in the wok, then put the peppers and chili in, stir gently, then put the meat stuffing in, stir, then put the cooking wine, soy sauce, the chopped onion and ginger, sugar and salt. The last step is to add the halfcooked green bean of procedure 1 into the mixture and keep stir.
