Under current rural home appliance logistics mode, the cost of logistics enterprises is too high while those enterprises gain low margins ,the level of informatization is a little low as well.These conditions also exists in rural areas in Yueyang.The main rural home appliance logistics mode of Yueyang are as follows: tiny transport companies and enterprises proprietary logistics and a third party logistics.In this paper, the study of Yueyang rural appliance logistics’current three models are conducted to find the problem: the level of tiny shipping companies service is weak;enterprise logistics dispersed in proprietary part of the energies and resources of the enterprise, which made it unable to maximize the use of enterprise resource;Third-party logistics started late, and they are inadequate in logistics channels, resuliting in itself not a strong sense of service, and so on.On the basis of discussing these issues, a new model was built.Compared to the original model, the new mode resolve several of the above disadvantages, hoping to provide the Yueyang city rural home appliance Logistics with a new line of thought.

Nowadays, under the current rural household logistics mode, the costs of logistics enterprises are high while the profits are realatively low, as the result of poor degree of information popularity. The above situation is also reflected in Yueyang Village (Hunan Province). Yueyang rural household logistics mode has the following types: small delivery company, self-logistics company, and the Third-Part logistics company. In this paper, I made a deep research based on these three types and then summarized some arguable problems as following: (1) small delivery company has a weaker service level; (2) self-logistics company decentralizes the manufactures' efforts and resources, therefore decreses their maximization of utility in resources; (3) the third-part logistics company is young, consequently, they are lacking of the logictic channels as well as the service consciousness. I finally construct a new mode after discussing these three problems. Compared to the previous old-fashioned one, my new pattern not only figured out the above three weaknesses, but offer a brand-new way of establishing a better Yueyang rural household logistics mode.
