be susceptible to 易受影响的，受~~的影响；是一个固定词组，to后面接名词，所以你说的那个to be dominated 是不对的。
dominate 应该改为 dominating。
of表示所属关系，也就是说 the dominating attitude （决定性态度）是 those around you（你周围人）的。
整体翻译就是：你的想法容易受你周围人决定性态度的影响
