But we have to move ahead of our schedule, because there is a loan problem between the owner of our current factory and the bank and the bank wanted to take back the factory building.

However, we have produced the orders to be delivered in Jan and Feb of 2014. The normal delivery will not be impacted by the issue above mentioned.

We plan to add one more supplier for raw material. The main reason is to avoid some emergency situation happen in the future, which coule result in a short supply of raw materials. Despite our plan to move on February, 2014, an unexpected problem occured between the plant owner and the bank over the loans and the latter offered to reclaim for the house, leaving us to move earlier. Howver, we have finished the inventory of orders for January and February of 2014 without any negative impact upon normal order delivery.
We're planning to ccoperate with one more raw materials supplier in order to avoid no provision of raw materials in an emergency. During audit of an additional raw materials supplier, we'll make no change in the use of raw mauerials to guarantee normal production progress and the quality.

We apologize for any inconvenience this shortness of notice may have brought to you. Our original plan was to move out in February 2014. However, the owner of the plant is having a dispute over the loan with the bank and the bank wants to take over the plant. As a result, we have to move earlier than we planned.
As of now, we have already finished all orders up to February 2014. Therefore, the moving of the plant will have no impact on the delivery of these orders as scheduled.
We do intend to add one more supplier of raw materials for purposes of preventing from no supply of raw materials due to some unexpected events. During the process of evaluating the qualification of this would-be additional supplier of raw materials, we will not make any changes to the raw materials currently used and thus the timing of production and the quality of products will remain as normal as in the past.
