It's been an interesting week for David Beckham.
Wednesday saw the player achieve a milestone 里程碑 in his career by winning his 108th cap (替某国)出场次数 for England in their friendly match 友谊赛 against Spain, equalling the record 打平手 for an outfield player 除守门员外的球员 set by Bobby Moore.
The record for an England player in any position is held by goalkeeper 守门员 Peter Shilton, who represented his country 125 times.
Goals from David Villa and Fernando Llorente were enough to see off an England side that never really threatened 威胁 the European champions Spain, who are also currently ranked number one in the world by Fifa.

The other big story in Beckham's week is about his future at AC Milan. Beckham has played six matches with Milan since joining them on loan in January, and has been reinvigorated 重振雄风 by his time there.

Former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho's Inter side beat AC 2-1, a result which saw them move nine points clear at the top of the division. Inter are now favourites to go on and win the league.
AC Milan currently sit third in the table, and Beckham's game has benefited from the quality players around him at AC Milan, such as Seedorf, Kaka, Ronaldinho, Maldini and Zambrotta. The English player has pulled his weight 尽其所能 by notching up two goals in his six appearances.
