1、因为目前我国信箱的垃圾邮件非常多，所以很多国内信箱往外发是都被国外信箱屏蔽，解决这一问题，你可以申请一个gmail或yahoo的信箱。
2、由于一些****的原因，国内也屏蔽了一些国外信箱地址，导致之间通信不畅，比如有一段时间国内信箱和gmail之间邮件就不能互动，这是由于gmail被我国封锁了。这类情况下，也是需要你申请一个国外信箱。

综上，发到国外的信，最好申请一个国外的信息，目前比较好的就是yahoo和gmail。

系统退信有很多原因，
1，对方的email已经不存在了
2，对方的接受电子邮件服务器出了暂时问题
3，网络出了问题
4,
对方的邮箱没有激活
等等。
你可以选择不同的时间不同的地点多发几次，并且确认对方的email正确无误。
