好久没看了，都忘了之前讲的是什么，没记错的话，这里是Serena的弟弟问Jenny为什么和Blair的妈妈翻脸并辞职。
Flip在这里=suddern anger
想形容一个人脾气火爆，动不动就发火、翻脸，可以说He has a short fuse. =He has a quick temper. 你也可以说 He is very peevish or He get peeved easily. (他动不动就生气的)。
如果想说某人最近心情烦躁，容易发脾气，可以说He is on a short fuse. Don't talk to him. He is very upset these days.
而这里的flip 指的是由于生气、激动而失去控制（go mad, spin out of control）.Akon有一首歌叫I’m Losing It，意思是I’m losing my temper/cool./mind
