我不允许你做那件事。

解析：因为已经不允许了，所以才加上ed。
不要被后面的动词所迷惑。这句话的谓语动词是 allow 不是 to do

不同意楼上观点。cannot 后面必须是原形动词。你写的肯定是错的，100%错。正确的应该是：I cannot allow you to do that.任何英语语法专家都不会承认有cannot后面加过去时的这种用法。
