Nowadays people become more and more concerned about their health. Many people even attend some classes in order to get some ways to keep healthy. In my opinion, keeping healthy is not as much difficult as people imagine. Make sure that you do these following things, then you can keep healthy. First of all, you should eat various kinds of fruits and vegetables and drink enough water everyday. Second, do some exercise as often as possible. Third, make sure that you sleep not less than 8 hours. Fourth, do not drink coffee or tea at night. Fifth, do not eat too much sugar.
