告知客户放假时间
告知客户放假时间是第一件必须要做的事，目的是方便彼此安排工作。需要通知的具体内容有：
1、我们办公室业务员放假的时间（从哪天到哪天）；
2、工厂放假的时间（从哪天到哪天）；3、工厂恢复生产和出货的时间分别是哪天（具体一点来分，生产和出货有所不同，有些是有库存直接出货的，有些是需要生产的，如果需要生产的话，工人年后生产速度是比较缓慢的，所以要适当放长时间，以免到时候因为交期产生麻烦）。
请给你们联系列表里的所有客户都发送放假通知。如果是正在合作的客户，和潜在的重要客户要一对一发送。其他客户，可以群发。
简单的放假通知邮件模板如下：Dear xxx
Have a good day.
Chinese New Year(our Spring Festival) is coming soon , kindly let you know that we will take our holiday on 17th Jan. and will come back to work on 1th Feb. .However, I will check my email every day and you can call me when you urgent, I will go back to you asap.Thank you!
Wish you have a nice 2020 .

告知客户订单进度
放假之前，我们要了解我们手上订单的当前进度，然后告知客户。根据客户沟通或合作的进度不同，分为以下几种情况。
出货在路上的：我们要预计一个到货时间，放假之前告知客户，你的货大约什么时间到港，而那个时候我应该还在假期中，请客户那边跟紧进度，任何需要提前准备的也请客户告知。
正要出货的：因为临近放假，货代公司，船公司或者快递公司可能都会放假，我们要知道客户的订单是否能安排节前发出，如果不能也要及时告诉客户，年后什么时候发货。
正在生产的：已经安排在产线的订单，要告知客户放假之前的订单生产进度，然后放假回来之后，会在什么时间完成生产。
已收款但未开始生产的：告知客户即将放假，然后订单已经安排下去，年后工厂将按照下单的先后开始生产，然后预计您的订单是从2月10号开始生产。
正在谈但未付款的：可以借放假的理由催促客户付款，年前付款和年后付款差别大，年前付款的年后工厂一开工就会投入生产，而年后才付款的，要等到工厂完成年前付款的订单，才能安排上。所以就可以用这个理由来促进付款。
并且，不管客户在哪个进度，我们都要告知客户：Whenever you need my help, please feel free to contact me.无论什么时候你需要帮助，请联系我。
还要注意的是，一定要确保客户是已经收到并且知晓通知的。所以我们如果是在即时聊天工具上发送的，要看到“对方已读”。如果是发邮件通知的，还要加一句“if you recveie my email , please reply me and let us know you got it , thank you.”
没看到对方已读，或者没收到 reply 邮件，都要再次给客户发送，直到客户看到或有回应 ，有时还需要电话通知。
因为通知不到位的结果就是可能你在回家的车上突然会接到客户的电话问为什么我的货还没有发？你说你们放假了，客户可能会大发雷霆，你们放假也不告诉我？耽误我的销售，I am so angry! 本想着开开心心回家，结果郁闷一路……
所以千万记得要通知到位。

其他要做的事
1、在公司官网或者阿里国际站也发布放假信息；2、在即时聊天工具的备注中说明放假信息；3、在社交网站上发布放假信息的动态；4、在邮件或者聊天工具设置自动回复；
4、拷贝客户跟进所需要的资料和单据带回去；5、从今天开始到假期结束每天查看邮箱和进度。
如果客户没给你写，你也不用给他写。全世界都知道春节放假，客户在春节期间给你发邮件，绝对不会让你发货，也就是询价或者问一下订单工期。
