摘要
电子商务作为一个新兴的企业经营途径,它的发展对传统贸易活动的方式带来了根本性的变革,也使得消费者的地位发生根本性的转变,相比传统企业而言,对电子商务时代顾客忠诚度的研究则显得尤为重要。本文从顾客忠诚定义出发,对E_忠诚的内涵和对当今企业的重要性以及建立E-忠诚度面临的问题进行了分析。着重从重视客户、作好顾客定位,减少顾客的交易时间成本,提高顾客对商家的信任程度,进行顾客忠诚计划的评估,采用各种营销策略提高E-忠诚度等五个方面,探讨了如何建立电子商务企业的E-忠诚,并提出了相应的方法策略,希望对相关企业建立属于自己的E-忠诚有所作用。
