At present, everyone plays with the computer , mobilephone or TV day and night. People and people seldom talk with each other, even the close relationships.
If one day, there is no website. What can we do ? Maybe I sit there but do nothing.
It's not that I don't wanna do, but I really don't know what to do. So I begin to think,
think what I should do. Firstly, I shouldn't sit as now. I should find something to do.
I begin to spend some time cleaning my living room, wash my clothes and maybe do some reading from books. After one busy day, I really think even no website, my life can be much more colorful.

The Internet and Our Life
We know the Internet is playing a more and more important part in our daily life.
On the Internet, we can get as much information as we can. We can send e-mails to our friends and talk to them as well.
Besides, on the Internet we can read books, enjoy music and watch ball games.
We can also do
shopping without leaving our homes. But many students spend too much time playing Internet games. They waste a lot of time.
We must make good use of the Internet.

Nowadays, Internet is an essential part in people's lives. We surf the internet and use that everyday to get all kinds of information. For example, news, film，music, TV play, shopping, advertisement，etc. Almost Each family have cellphone, computer, PAD. or WebTV. Internet is ubiquitous in our lives and has a close relationship with us. Seems if we didn't have the internet, we didnt know what we should do.
One day in last summer, the electricity of our building was out of power. I felt very hot and no Air conditioning to use, then I decided to go out for walking. My house is near the river, I went along the riverside for almost 2 hours. The river brought breeze to me, I felt very comfortable. I like this feeling very much. This things made me hiking out three time once a week. It is good for our health and make us out of internet. Maybe you know. for an office clerk, we have to face to computer all the day and will leave our body free some hours .
Let do like that. Everyone! We also can run out of the internet sometimes.

I decided to have an Internet Free Day; I and my father, mother, grandparents, brother went to Henghan by bus. In the morning we came down the mountain. I saw wooded mountains, wild flowers bloom. We climb up the hill along the mountain path. Come halfway up the mountain, I feel a little tired，it began to rain,My West Lake silk umbrella missed,. Dad said to me,“Jane， don’t do anything halfway.”at last，So I insisted reached the top, the top of the scenery so beautiful.We were flying kites, I was thirsty, my mother bought me a bottle of water, .finally we went home.finally，Since then, I've kept the umbrella。i was very happy
