5、压肩
预备姿势:开步站立。
动作说明:两手抓握肋木,上体前俯并做下振压肩动作。也可以两人面对面站立,互相扶按肩部,做体前屈的振动压肩动作;也可由助手协助做搬压肩部的练习。
要点:挺胸、塌腰,臂、腿要伸直,振幅逐步加大,压点集中于肩部,增加外力时由小到大。 易犯错误:压肩幅度小、拉不开。
