清朝光绪十六年(1890年)广东省钱局铸币厂根据清政府钦定的制度，将钱文改为银文，除银币外，以“广东省造”、“库平”、“银币”四分钱、七分钱(二分)、七分钱(二分)、七分二厘、七分六厘、七分八厘、八分八厘、八分八厘、八分八厘、天津之宝、湖北、湖北、广东是四个分厂，等四大银币，均为光绪银币。这种形状被各省采用，成为定制。
最近很荣幸征集到一枚广东省造的光绪元宝一钱四分四厘，此币正面刻有汉文和满文“光绪元宝”字样，上面刻有“四分四厘”，上面刻有“一钱四分四厘”。象背为银龙居中，外圈为英文，并刻上“1”和“4.4”阿拉伯数字，两旁镶小花饰。“一钱四分四厘”的光绪元宝面值如此之小，如今已很少见，而且包浆自然古朴，品相完好，收藏价值极高！
虽已年代久远，但钱币在阳光的照耀下仍可熠熠生辉，其正面可划分为内圈和外圈，四个楷体字体略显斑白，与国际语言相协调，纹路清晰，版面上有“光绪元宝”四个楷体，与国际语言接轨，纹路清晰，版面精致有型，整体观来看，行云流水。

Recently, I was honored to collect a Guangxu Yuanbao Kuping, a piece of Guangzhou-Guangzhou-Guangzhou-Guangzhou-Bao-Ping, with Chinese and Manchu characters of "Guangxu Yuanbao" engraved inside the beads, with four words of "Guangzhou-Zhou-Mao-Guangzhou-Pingbao" cast on top, eight words of "Kupingguan Yuan-Guangzhou-Guanping" engraved on both sides. Engraved with "1" and "4.4" Arabic numerals. Engraved with small ornaments on both sides. Like Guangxu Yuanbao, "Kuping four cents four centimeters" face value of such small treasures, now the market has been very rare, and the natural and simple, good taste, very valuable collection!
