翻译出来几乎没有区别，而主要是语气上的区别，而这也对英语不是母语的人是个难点。对我们来说两句话都是英文，感觉不到口气语气上的区别。但确实如此。

I can't bear you.我无法忍受你。（更强而生硬。）
I could not bear you. 我忍受不了你了。（较为客气。说话也较留有余地。）

疑问句中更为明显。
例如：
Could you move that side a little bit?
你（是否）能往那边挪点儿？
（语气上有征求意见和商量的感觉）

Can you move that side a little bit ?
你能往那边挪点吗？
（在语气上有点命令的感觉。）

多在口语中感觉，就会感到它们的区别。

其实意思差不多，只不过 could not hear you 是过去式i can't bear you 现在式。 could not bear you 与 i can't bear you也是这样。i could not bear you应该翻译成我再也受不了你了
