in front of指在某物某地之外的前面，多用于静态动词之后．如：
there is a car parked right in front ofour gate ,and
i can't get out .有车辆停在我们门前，我出不去．

3．was是am和is的过去时 ，主语是第三人或第三人称单数时用．
were用在主语是复数，是are的过去时，were还用在虚拟语态当中 ，如
