教学活动中的互动是多种多样的。在中学英语教学中,笔者从以下几方面人手,进行了互动教学的实践。  1.思维的互动  新课程理论强调思维的多种互动。交流和讨论是实现互动的基本途径,语言是交流和讨论的基本工具,思维是语言的内容,因此,如何思维,成为形成互动的关键。为了引发学生的思维,除了传统的设问、提问外,可通过设置音乐、图画、小品等情境,使学习过程充满乐趣,让学生在动手、动口、动眼、动耳、动脑、动情的过程中,激活思维的灵感。在实际教学中,设计说说议议、想想做做、画一画、演一演等活动,都属于这一类。学生在交流与讨论中,思维互动,常会碰撞出智慧的火花,不时出现顿悟和惊喜。通过思维的互动,有助于发散性思维能力的训练,更有利于英语实践能力的培养,为将来打下坚实的基础。  2.角色的互动  互动教学昭示着教学不是教师教和学生学的机械相加,而是一个真正的“学习共同体”。在这个“学习共同体”中,“学生的教师”和“教师的学生”不复存在,代之而起的是新的术语:“教师式学生”和“学生式教师”。教师不仅仅是在教,而且也通过互动在被教,学生在被教的同时,通过互动也在教教师。为了更好地支持这种教学氛围的形成,可倡导“小先生制”:让学生在课前3分钟用英语讲讲小故事或新闻,或在课尾3分钟尝试总结,在课中让学生主讲,或用其它方式更多地进行角色互动。  3.团体的互动  互动教学的闪光之处还在于重视学生合作精神的培养,在学生学会学习的同时,更让学生学会合作。特别是以小组为单位的游戏、竞赛、辩论等活动,能让学生意识到合作的重要性。如在教学中,有时我让4-5名学生自发组成小组,事先通过网络搜寻资料,然后有的同学还把资料制作成了多媒体课件,通过每组的代表来介绍他们所获得的信息,再组织他们进行讨论,从中学生既获得了知识,同时在查找资料和讨论过程中,充分发挥了小组的互动与合作,使教学活动真正成为教师、学生、教材、环境间的多边多向信息传递活动,让学生在互助、互勉、互爱、互尊的人际氛围中,培养团结协作的精神,形成积极向上、民主科学的良好心理品质。
