    随着西部经济的发展，西部中小企业在西部区域经济发展中的地位越来越重要。可是，西部中小企业的发展却受到了资金的限制，而充实资金最大的问题就是中小企业融资难的问题。西部中小企业在企业中存在的问题是方方面面的，主要有：融资环境不佳、融资渠道不畅、金融机构不健全等。本文在对融资问题的分析上提出了：转变观念，突出政府在中小企业融资中的职能作用、完善资本市场，拓宽中小企业资本融资渠道等对策。

    Along with the economic development of the western region, the western regional SMEs in the economic development of western China has an increasingly important status. However, the Western SME development has been the funding constraints, and the adequacy of funds is the biggest problem for SMEs financing problems. SMEs in the western enterprises of all aspects of the problem, including : poor financing environment, financing channels are sluggish, financial institutions such as unsound. In this paper, the problem of financing the analysis presented : Changing concepts, highlighting the government in SME financing functions, improve the capital market and broaden the financing channels for SMEs in the capital and other countermeasures
