摘 要

进入知识经济时代,新生代知识型员工逐渐成为我国企业的中坚力量。但是,由于我国企业不能很好地满足新生代知识型员工的个体职业需求,导致员工流失现象越来越严重。企业对新生代知识型员工的职业生涯管理在当前显得尤为重要。
本文试图根据已有组织职业生涯管理理论,通过了解新生代知识型员工的特点及职业生涯发展需求,结合我国企业对员工职业生涯管理中存在的问题,提出我国企业对新生代知识型员工进行职业生涯管理的建议。希望为我国企业更好地实践员工职业生涯管理,激励并留住新生代知识型人才,提供一定的参考依据。
本文主要研究内容如下:
首先,对已有相关文献及理论进行总结分析,了解职业生涯管理相关领域的实践成果和理论成果。
其次,根据已有研究成果和问卷调查结果,总结并分析我国企业对新生代知识型员工的职业生涯管理现状及问题,包括:新生代知识型员工职业发展特点分析和我国企业职业生涯管理现状及问题分析。
再次,针对我国企业存在的职业生涯管理中的问题及新生代知识型员工的职业发展特点,提出合理化建议,提高组织对新生代知识型员工职业生涯管理的有效性。
最后,对本文进行总结,找出本文存在的不足,并对未来研究作出展望。
