我打算卖掉，去中介登记信息，中介都说，他们房子差，中介自己当时有好多人买的房子，现在都赔钱要出手，而且有很多问题：交不了房、物业差、楼间距不符合标准、小区规划擅自改动、规划不合理、未见低成本降低房屋质量...很多问题。到时候投诉都找不到人。
