First, it's something people would give an arm and a leg for - being at a Justin Bieber concert. But should teachers move your exams so you can go to a JB gig? Oh, that is exactly what happened in Norway where five schools have moved the dates of their tests so that kids can go to watch so that power singer in action. Like most places around the world, the Biebster is pretty huge in Norway and teachers were worried that some students would otherwise skip classes to go and see him. So the question is what the teachers right to move the exams or should study come before a pop concert?
