especiall when we meet with difficulties. I think there are many ways we can do. For example, first, we
can do some exercise or take a walk. Second, we can do some reading or listen to some music to relax
ourselves. Third, we can turn to our teachers and friends for help. Fourth, we can eat healthy food and
wear bright-colored clothes to cheer up, and so on. In these ways, we can deal with pressures and
