首先谈谈no的用法，no其实可与可数名词的单数、复数或不可数名词连用。如： No words can express my grief（我的忧伤无法用言语表达）（复数可数名词） No student is to leave the room（学生不得离开这房间）（单数可收名词） I have no time at all to write to you（我根本没有时间给你写信） 又如：Cambridge Dictionary Online，就有以下例子 There are no pockets in these trousers.
