说到分词作伴随状语,你记住两条：
第一,现在分词做伴随状语时,这个分词的动作发出者就是主句中的主语（表主动）
例如,Coming into the room, I saw a girl crying. (我一走进这个房间,就看见一个女孩在哭）
第二,过去分做伴随状语时,这个分词的动作地承受者就是主句中的主语 （表被动）
例如,1.generally speaking （一般地说）
2.Broadcas by radio, this news is no longer a secret.（由于被广播报道过,这个消息不再是个秘密了）(broadcast这个词的过去式,过去分词,和原形一样)
那么第三个空为什么不填原型和overflow并列呢,因为在句中to overflow作宾语补语,补充说明the water .
另外注意：当使役动词和感觉动词,如：make have see hear notice等 接宾补时,不定式的符号to必须省略.
