1、start to do
翻译：开始去做某事。

2、start doing
翻译：开始做某事。

二、时态不同
1、start to do 强调的是要开始做什么
例句：If now we start to do sports regularly and insist on it everyday, then our life would
be morehappier and healthier.
如果我们现在开始有规律锻炼并坚持下去，我们万年的生活会更健康，更幸福。
2、start doing 强调的是已经开始做什么
例句：When I started teaching them, I said let me start doing this professionally.
当我开始教他们的时候，我说：“这就是我的职业了。”
三、语法不同
1、start to do 后跟的是名词(n.)或者动名词。
例句： If you want to change somethingfor the better, start to change it.
如果你想要改善什么，现在就开始改善。
2、start doing 后跟的是动词（原型v.）或动词短语。
例句：What common task could I start doing as if I were doing itdirectly for Jesus?
