First I would like to introduce myself. I am Sophy from Huizhou Orientalrain Electronic Co., Ltd, China . Therefore, take very pleasure in informing you that we are an enterprise manufacturing various LED outdoor lighting such as LED Street Light, Solar LED Street Light, LED Tunnel Light, LED Explosion-proof Light, LED Bulb. Our company had already attended to Hong Kong Fair for three times. You may have met our company before.

Recently our company design a new streetlight which with high quality and competitive price, and it will be finished soon. If you have interest in dealing with us in LED outdoor lighting, please inform me of your requirements together, from now on I will service to you.

客人要参加的是香港10月的灯具展，首先确定你们参加的也是这个展会，如果这个展会分几期，要在展会名称后面写上phase ... ，也可以再加上during Oct. ...to Oct.....,确认准确日期。

如果我们这边香港展会的具体时间还没有确定下来应该怎么回答呢？具体的通知可能等一段时间才知道，因为现在才7月多

正常展会的时间是很早就确定的。是你们还没有确定去哪个展会或者哪期吗？
那就实话和客人将，告诉客人大约什么时候能知道，到时再通知他。
如果需要我给写，就用中文解释清楚给我。
