I get up at 6:30,then I brush my teeth ,wash my face and hands .

我6:30起床，然后刷牙洗脸洗手。

I have breakfast at 7:00.I have bread and milk for breakfast .

我7:00吃早饭，早饭吃牛奶和面包。

After breakfast I go to school by bike.

早饭后我骑自行车去上学。

I have four classes in the morning.They are English,math,PE and art. I like English best.

我上午有四节课，分别是英语数学体育和美术。我最喜欢英语。

My house is far from the school,so I have lunch at school every day.

我家离学校远，所以我每天在学校吃午饭。

In the afternoon, I play ping-pong with my friends on the playground .

下午放学，我在操场上和朋友打乒乓球。

I do my homework at 8:00。I go to bed at 9:30 in the evening.

八点我写作业，九点半上床睡觉。
