摘要：新世纪以来，我国商业银行的发展状况有了翻天覆地的变化。无论是资产总额还是利润额都已经跻身国际前列，银行业已经成为我国最赚钱的行业。而出乎意料的是，虽然我国商业银行近年来的年报数字十分的华丽，但银行股价在我国资本市场中的表现却比较低迷。因此本文的研究目是试图对这个现象进行一定程度合理的解释。

本文在参考了国内外学者相关研究的基础上，首先利用事件研究法确定了我国商业银行年报披露对股价的影响，结果显示这一影响是不显著的。紧接着本文试图从商业银行股权结构等方面的进行分析，但却无法得到合理的解释。最后从我国商业银行盈利能力的可持续性角度考虑，利用我国16家上市商业银行的面板数据进行实证分析，得出资产规模、利息收入比、成本收入比、不良贷款率以及GDP对我国商业银行的盈利性有显著影响。并通对这些影响因素的分析得出目前我国商业银行的盈利状况是不可持续的。由此在一定程度上解释了我国商业银行“高盈利，低股价”的问题。
