Helping others include many things - it doesn't mean that you have to save someone when they're on verge of dying, a little thing such as picking up their books when they've fallen is helping them!
帮助他人包括很多东西 - 但不必指你必须当他们快死时救他们，一件小小的事像捡起他们倒下的书本就是在帮他们！
But of course, you must watch out for things not to do when helping people.
但当然，当你在帮人，你必须要看好不该做的事。
What you should be careful of, is the opposite of helping people. For instance, you punch someone's face by purpose and you don't apologize, or just even ignoring something important.
你该小心的是是帮人的反面。例如：1）你故意揍了某人的脸，还不道歉。2）就连忽视一个重要的问题。
Helping others is important, not only that it can make people around
you positive, but it can help you too, feeling positive as well.
帮助其他人很重要，不只因为能让你旁边的人积极，但也能帮助你感到好感！
So, helping people at a regular basis is very important，and it's fun!
所以，每日帮助人是非常的重要，而且很好玩的！
