We have a client whose apparatus has big noise. They have confirmed its bearing abrasion caused the noise. They thought our maintenance fee and part price is too expensive, so they want to send their apparatus in person to our office for examining and fixing. If we do need replace the entire part, they are willing to absorb the fee. If we can help them to make a small change to fix the appratus for their temporary use, they haven't to pay for the entire part. They knew the entire pump can't use at all.(我觉得最后一句中文好像跟前面没什么联系。）

We have a big client, whose instrument makes big noise. This client thinks our repair fee and spare parts fee are too high. The simple test they've conducted shows the bearing wear. They would like to take the instrument to our office for repair. If the entire machine really needs to be replaced, they're willing to undertake the cost.
