想问第一次发邮件询问对方客户是否要订我们的货，是怎样格式？

我刚毕业，在一家小型外贸公司做，是第一次做外贸的，现在的工作主要是上网找客户下定单，可是我不太清楚发邮件询问对方是否要订我们的货的格式。请教一下各位做外贸的老行尊了，麻烦，谢谢！

如果你是第一次和人家联系，以前外国人不知道你，那么格式大概应该是这样得

Dear Sirs or Madam

I am xxx from, a China company producing xxx, our company xxxx(介绍下你公司）. Hereblow attached our xxx(公司资料or产品介绍）hope we can have chance to doing business in the further. any question, pls feel free to contact me at xxx

yours

人家要了你得报价or 样品后，
Dear xxx（这时候应该知道人家得名字了）

how's everything going? Just wanna check with you abt the quotation of xxx, is there any update news?
