one泛指前文可数名词单数，指代复数可数名词用ones;
the one特指前文可数名词单数=that;特指前文提到的名词复数时则用the ones=those
特别注意，指代前文提到的不可数名词时，只能用that,此时的that无可替代。
12题中空这个位置明显需要一个指代前文提到的households的代词，因为households是可数名词复数，故必须用those或者the ones.
