Born in a poor family, 1805, Anderson, passed by in 1875 as the result of liver cancer. Honored as 'the father of the modern fairy tales', he was one of the most famous fairy tales writers in the world. After gradution from the college in 1828, he had begun working very hard, which brought him a great successs. In total, more than 160 tales Anderson had made and they has been translated in over 150 languages. All in all, the children get much happiness from this great man's works, who is still sung high praise for by people nowadays.
