We should observe public rules in public.It is bad manners to break the rules.For example,we shouldn't shout in public,because it can bring others a bad feeling.Moreover,we shouldn't run in public.It is not polite and it is easy to hit somebody else among so many people.In addtion,we should keep clean and don't throw rubbish,because it is not an ability for people to do it.All in all,we should abserve the pubic rules.
